Rode up to Charlotte, NC today to attend the yearly International Motorcycle Show. The show was held at Charlotte Convention Center in downtown Charlotte. Quite a few motorcycle manufacturers had booths and stands (BMW, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Harley-Davidson, Triumph and Ducati to name a few.) In addition to the bike manufacturers, the center was filled to the brim with other vendors showing off all kinds of extras and accessories. We're talking about being in the biggest candy store in the world here. Had a great time.
The new Can-Am Spyder (Touring version)
New 2012 Ducati Multistada Dual-Sport. Looked very nice, I have to say.
Who doesn't want a brand new Ural, with a nice sidecar? Lots of people looking at this thing.
Nice. Snow chains? Made from "real" chains. Cool!!
Honda Cruiser
Evidently there was a competition going on where you could vote for a bike you though looked cool. This was one of the contestants.
2012 Suzuki Vstrom 650 with all the bolt-ons necessary for Adventure
30K Trikes
One of the real classics, a Honda CB750 4-cyl. When I was about 16-17 years old, this was the bike I wanted.
Nice day in down-town Charlotte.
Very nice show. Will visit next year too.
